[CILT] CAMPER IN LEADERSHIP TRAINING

CILT is an intensive training  program for high school and middle-school campers designed to develop leadership skills at camp, at church and in the community. The CILT program helps to prepare campers for ministry and service while strengthening their relationship with God, peers and adult mentors. Campers who have completed 9th-11th grades are eligible.

PreCILT is an introductory leadership program for campers who have completed grades 7 or 8. The PreCILT program readies this age camper for the CILT program and helps them to identify activity specialties.

CILTgirl and BILT (boys in leadership training) give 6th grade graduates a taste and overview of what they can look forward to in the CILT program. Campers will experience teaching, fun projects and team-building in the major components of CILT: developing leadership, working with campers, getting into God’s Word and enjoying God’s creation.

Campers can sign up for this leadership program upon receipt of their registration packet which should be received approximately one month before camp.
