Kids Club

Weekly Bible-based club for kids in K-5th grade. 

We meet one afternoon each week to teach the kids about God and His Word. Kids are involved in a time of praise and worship, prayer and Bible teaching on their age level. We walk through the Bible, story by story, from school year to school year. Following the Bible teaching, kids are involved in hands-on learning of that story. We allow kids to be creative and complete a project to bring home to review and share the Bible teaching with their families. Kids are also given snacks as they leave the apartment.

Mealtime

For middle school/high school kids  

We meet once a week with our middle school and high school kids to share a snack from the kitchen and a meal from God’s Word together. This time together is full of fun, fellowship and Bible Study! Students join Mealtime by invitation only as we have room. Currently, we have four small groups of 6-8 students with one-two adult mentors.

In this age group we also plan special events with the kids such as bowling, out-to-eat, spend-the-night parties, serving events and leadership training opportunities.

Homework Help/Tutoring

A weekly ministry to help kids in grades K-8 to complete and understand their homework.

Most of our kids have parents who only speak and understand Spanish. When their child brings homework to complete, parents do not know how to help. This is where our ministry “fits” in. We help bridge that gap between parent and child by helping the kids understand and finish their homework packets and assignments.

Our goal is for 1-3 kids to have one adult or high-schooler helping them to experience success with their school work. Homework Help meets one afternoon per week.
